Refund Policy

RSP Editor currently offers free prompt tools, PayPal image credit checkout, and quote-based custom prompt packs. Custom paid work starts only after the scope, deliverables, price, delivery timeline, and PayPal invoice or payment link are confirmed by email.

Image credits

Image credits are used for same-style AI image generations. Credits spent on successful image generations are generally non-refundable because external generation costs are incurred immediately. If a paid credit was charged but no image was generated, contact us within 7 days with your payment email and template page.

Custom prompt packs

Because custom packs are made for a specific creator, brand, niche, festival, or campaign, completed and delivered prompt packs are generally non-refundable. If the delivered pack does not match the agreed scope, contact us within 7 days and we will either revise the pack or review a partial refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel before custom work begins. If work has already started, any refund depends on the amount of completed research, prompt writing, testing, and formatting.

Delivery issues

If a file, email, or prompt pack link cannot be accessed, contact us and we will resend the deliverable or provide an alternate format.
