Acceptable Use & AI Image Safety Policy
RSP Editor provides same-style photo transformations for images the user owns or has permission to edit. The service is designed for consensual creative editing, not deceptive identity manipulation.
Permission and identity
- Upload only photos you own or are authorized to edit.
- Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent an edited image as documentary evidence, or use an edit to deceive, harass, defraud, or damage someone.
- Do not request a celebrity, public-figure, private-person, branded-character, or protected-artist imitation.
- Do not use the service to create identity documents, official records, financial documents, or evidence of events that did not occur.
Minors
A photo containing a minor may be uploaded only by their parent or legal guardian, or with appropriate authorization. Sexualized, exploitative, abusive, humiliating, or age-inappropriate depictions of minors are prohibited. Do not include school names, addresses, badges, phone numbers, or other private identifying details.
Prohibited content
NSFW, adult, pornographic, nude, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive uploads and content generation are prohibited, including consensual adult content. Do not use this service for face swaps, identity replacement, or deceptive deepfakes.
Do not submit or request sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, nudity involving minors, graphic violence, hateful abuse, criminal facilitation, targeted harassment, privacy invasion, fraud, malicious deepfakes, or content that infringes intellectual-property or publicity rights.
Safety enforcement
Requests may be rejected by RSP Editor, its security controls, or its image-generation provider. RSP Editor may restrict repeated misuse and preserve limited technical or transaction records when needed to investigate abuse, payment disputes, or legal requests. A payment does not create a right to generate prohibited content.
Report a concern
Report unsafe output, non-consensual use, or a rights concern to steidleyestephani737@gmail.com. Include the relevant page URL and a concise explanation. Do not email sensitive identity documents unless specifically required through a secure process.
