Privacy Policy
RSP Editor collects only the information needed to provide image generation, payment support, abuse prevention, analytics, and custom prompt services. You do not need an account to browse free resources or copy public prompts.
Photos and image generation
When you choose a photo, the browser first shows a local preview. The photo is uploaded only when you submit the generation form. It is sent through RSP Editor's server function to an external image-generation provider so the requested image can be created. RSP Editor does not intentionally save the uploaded photo in its credit database, but the provider may process or temporarily retain request data under its own security, abuse-prevention, and retention practices.
Do not upload a photo unless you own it or have permission to edit it. If a photo includes a minor, you must be the parent or legal guardian, or have their authorization. Do not submit sensitive documents, private addresses, school details, financial information, or other unnecessary personal data in an image.
Email, free limits, and abuse prevention
The generation form asks for an email address so RSP Editor can apply the free-use limit and help with payment issues. The service stores a one-way hash of the email for the lifetime free-use limit and a one-way hash of the connection address for up to 30 days. Cloudflare Turnstile may also process technical information to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse.
The active external payment provider processes checkout and payment-card details. RSP Editor does not receive or store full card numbers. RSP Editor receives payment confirmation data such as the checkout or order identifier, purchased credit pack, payment email, provider, and status so credits can be delivered and supported.
A random credit-access token is stored in the browser used for checkout. RSP Editor stores only its one-way hash with the credit balance, purchase record, and usage record. Credit records are kept for up to one year from the latest credit activity to provide the purchased service, prevent duplicate delivery, and handle support questions.
Analytics
We use product measurement tools to understand which pages and workflows are useful. These tools may include Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Plausible, and Cloudflare analytics when enabled. Events may include page views, prompt actions, checkout starts, upload previews, general device or browser information, and whether a workflow succeeded. Analytics is used to improve the site and diagnose problems.
Contact and custom requests
If you email us or request a custom prompt pack, we use the information you provide to reply, scope the request, deliver the work, and handle related support. Request details can include your email, niche or brand context, platforms, output needs, references, and notes.
Your choices
You can browse public resources without an account. You may ask us to review or delete support information we control, subject to payment, fraud-prevention, tax, dispute, and legal record requirements. Clearing browser storage removes the local credit token and may require manual payment review to restore access.
